No, unfortunately not. It is only possible for a member who holds a mandate for a property to advertise it on paid or unpaid sites outside the agency's website. We reserve the right to suspend the member(s) who do not comply with this prohibition.
We believe that the fact that the member has a non-exclusive mandate should give him the same chance of finding a potential client as if he were working for an exclusive mandate. Even if we know that several ads are published on our platform for the same property, it is then up to the member who has the potential client to choose his favorite agency or the one that offers more commission.
