The objective of our stock market is simple, to maximize the chances of finding a buyer or tenant for a property. And thanks to our "Our Latest Requests" search filter, members are finally able to search for the property for their client.

What is the reason for the Agent/Customer button?

With the "Agent" or "Customer" button, you can choose whether or not to hide the data of the proxy member from the private customer.

How do I build an interest in a member-owned property?

You can communicate directly with the proxy member of a property by clicking on an object published on our platform.

What is the commission to be paid to the other member?

You decide. Each member adhering to our platform will decide what commission is to be paid to the other member who brought the client to them. This commission will be fixed and will be transparent in each ad issued when entering your real estate property on our platform. 

What is HILP's responsibility when exchanging real estate?

Our platform does not intervene directly in the exchange of real estate and discussions between members. We remain neutral and do not take responsibility for the payment of commissions. We only offer the service of the platform, to have the possibility to exchange real estate on a common platform. We do not earn a commission on the transaction. Our gain is and will only be the subscription to our HILP platform.

By subscribing to our platform, do I have to accept the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and the Terms and Conditions?

Yes, we want our members to be real market players and have nothing to hide. Our platform was not designed to deceive other members. The job of a real estate agent is a real job and deserves the best help to support them and make a transaction.

Do I have the right to publish the ads of the common HILP platform on my agency's website?

Yes of course. This allows your agency to publish all the items you are interested in on your agency platform. You can even post them in your agency's storefront. A "Print" button directly invites you to either print it for your storefront or give it directly to your customer.

How can we get around the real estate crisis with the help of HILP?

Even properties that are more difficult to sell eventually find their customer if you network nationally and internationally. We believe that your chances of finding a customer increase if you have greater connectivity. It is better to receive fewer commissions for a property than to receive none at all.

Why is it easier to receive a mandate when canvassing with HILP?

All real estate properties offered on our HILP platform can be copied and inserted into your internet platform and displayed in your storefront. The customer who visits your website notices that you play an important role in real estate transactions.

Can you copy listings from the HILP platform and advertise them on paid real estate sites?

No, unfortunately not. It is only possible for a member who holds a mandate for a property to advertise it on paid or unpaid sites outside the agency's website. We reserve the right to suspend the member(s) who do not comply with this prohibition.

Why do we accept non-exclusive mandates on our platform?

We believe that the fact that the member has a non-exclusive mandate should give him the same chance of finding a potential client as if he were working for an exclusive mandate. Even if we know that several ads are published on our platform for the same property, it is then up to the member who has the potential client to choose his favorite agency or the one that offers more commission.

We offer you an annual or biennial payment at very attractive prices. For members in Europe, we offer VAT-free payment if you provide us with your company's valid VAT number as soon as you register.

How do you make money with HILP as a business introducer?

HILP is expanding.
